About Our Chef

OUR CREATIVE TEAM

An intimate, fine-dining experience created by Chef Logan Neisel. Each event highlights a narrative-driven menu that blends Japanese and Italian technique through the lens of Northeastern Ohio’s culture. Every dinner is designed as a chapter in an ongoing story, showcasing seasonal flavors and original preparations.
Chef Logan’s cuisine is a fusion of Japanese and Italian fine-dining philosophies grounded in local Ohio agriculture. Dashi is the backbone of the menu, interpreted through three signature forms—Sea, Sky, and Land—crafted entirely from whole ingredients rather than powders or shortcuts.
Do you offer private chef services?
Yes. Private dinners can be hosted in your home or at an approved venue partner. The menu is fully customized around your preferences. Availability varies based on the Prologue Dinner Series schedule.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
In most cases, yes. Please disclose all dietary needs during booking so alternative preparations can be tested and refined in advance. Some dishes may require thoughtful substitution.
Events are hosted in Cleveland and throughout Northeastern Ohio, often in historic or architecturally significant locations that complement the Art Deco inspiration behind the brand. Private events may be arranged in additional locations upon request.
egetarian menus are available with notice. Vegan menus may be possible depending on the constraints of the event, though certain signature elements may require reinterpretation.
Bookings can be made through the contact form on the website. Please include the event type, preferred dates, number of guests, and any dietary considerations. For large-scale events or partnerships, you may also reach out via email.
Yes. Collaboration is central to the Prologue ethos. Chef Logan works with regional chefs through the Prologue Protagonists series, showcasing the style and story of each collaborating chef alongside his own.
